Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clarity and flexibility while ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

  • If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged
  • In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
  • Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Min/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
  • Future Stay Vouchers (FSV) issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an FSV (Future Stay Voucher), the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
  • In the event of a last-minute cancellation due to extenuating circumstances, StayVista will try to secure a new booking for the same dates. If the dates are successfully rebooked, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% processing fee. However, if the property remains unbooked, the cancellation will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
